NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PAYMENT OR PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sweepstakes begins October 17, 2005 and ends December 2, 2005. Two ways to enter: 1) those who already have online internet access may complete the entry form at
www.wilsonartflooring.com/holiday or 2) you may print your name, address, phone number and e-mail address (if any) on a 3 x 5 piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to Wilsonart Flooring Holiday Dinner Sweepstakes, Wilsonart International, Inc., 3301 Center Street, Post Office Box 6110, Temple, TX 76503. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 11:59 P.M. EST ON DECEMBER 2, 2005. Only one entry per household. Winners will be determined by a random drawing to take place on or about December 5, 2005. The winners will be notified by telephone and overnight courier at the address listed on the entry within 7 days. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
 
One Grand Prize winner will receive a cash prize of $1,700 to host a holiday dinner for twelve. One First Prize winner will receive a cash prize of $800 to host a holiday dinner for six. Prize winners will be required to sign and return a statement of eligibility and release of liability and a W-9 tax form within 10 days of the notification or disqualification and selection of an alternate winner may occur. Any winner who cannot be located at the address shown on the entry form will forfeit the prize. 
 
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the U.S. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Wilsonart, its parent and affiliated companies, agencies and suppliers, and any other person or entity involved in the design or execution of this sweepstakes including their immediate family (defined as spouse, children, parents, and/or members of household) are not eligible. The laws of Texas will govern this sweepstakes. Wilsonart is not responsible for entries that are lost, mutilated, or late, or not received due to computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions, network connections and any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes that are human or technical in nature. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.  Winners agree to release and hold harmless Wilsonart from any liability arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance and use of the prize. Any taxes payable on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. To receive the winners’ names, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the sponsor of this sweepstakes by December 15, 2005 as follows:
